The aim was to present his services professionally and to create a platform on which he could regularly publish blog posts on HR strategies and coaching. The project focused on designing a website that clearly highlights Niclas Steiner's expertise in the areas of personnel consulting, coaching and HR process optimization. Implementation
In the design phase, we precisely defined the requirements and target groups. Together with Niclas Steiner, we developed a clear structure for the website: An inviting start page that sums up his core competencies, an “about me” page for personal presentation, a blog area as a knowledge platform for HR topics and a contact page with a user-friendly form for direct communication.
The design was designed to radiate professionalism and trust. A modern blue-violet color scheme conveys seriousness and dynamism. Clear, easy-to-read fonts ensure an accessible presentation of the content, while high-quality portrait photos of Niclas Steiner and thematically appropriate images underline the professionalism of the site.
The technical implementation was carried out entirely in Webflow. The blog was integrated as a dynamic CMS module, which allows Niclas to easily add new posts or edit existing content. The website has been optimized for all devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone), and subtle animations ensure a lively user experience.
As part of our design-as-a-service model, we were able to respond flexibly to feedback and make adjustments in real time. This model also makes it possible to continuously develop the website — whether through new features or regular design updates.
