This system automatically weights the voting results and converts them into prioritized recommendations for action — a true quantum leap compared to conventional, manual evaluation methods, which are often time-consuming and prone to errors.
The solution is based on a mobile-first architecture, which is complemented by progressive web app functions. This ensures that users can access and interact from a wide range of devices, from tablets to large conference screens. This flexibility is particularly important in a world where mobility and access to real-time information are critical.
The entire project, from creating a wireframe to developing a functional prototype in Figma, was completed in an impressive 72 hours. This shows not only the team's efficiency, but also how well-thought-out, user-centered design concepts are able to digitally transform complex decision-making processes in committees and other organizations. Such innovations help make decision-making processes more transparent, faster and ultimately more effective, which is invaluable in today's fast-paced and data-driven world.
