Community-driven digitization
For the innovative “akoro” trading platform in the Raiffeisen environment, we have developed a completely user-centered UX design based on extensive insights and valuable feedback from more than 20,000 farmers. The careful analysis of their needs, work processes and challenges formed the basis of our design decisions. From initial conception in intensive co-creation workshops to systematic agile development, we are shaping the digital future of agriculture — with concrete solutions, a continuous demand-oriented approach and in close, trusting partnership with Raiffeisen Networld.
Our tasks include:
- The systematic translation of requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces through comprehensive user research, interviews and usability testing to ensure that the platform is optimally tailored to farmers' needs
- The continuous optimization and development of the trading platform through strategic user experience design, based on regular user feedback, data analysis and current best practices in the area of digital product design

Efficient transactions
The success of our work was reflected in increasing engagement rates on the platform. Farmers particularly appreciate the intuitive navigation and efficient processing of their trade transactions. This positive response confirmed our user-centered approach and motivated us to continuously develop the platform.
